Early Bird registration is available now until 31 March 2027. The In-Person Early Bird ticket costs €590 instead of the standard €890 — a saving of €300. We recommend registering as early as possible as places are limited to 500 in-person attendees.
Full refund up to 60 days before the event (15 April 2027). Between 60 and 30 days before, a 50% refund applies. Less than 30 days before, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee or to the 2028 edition, but no monetary refund will be issued. For cancellations, email registos@atlanticquantumhub.com.
Yes. After submitting the registration form, you can request an invoice with your company details. We also accept bank transfer for groups of 5 or more people. Contact financeiro@atlanticquantumhub.com to arrange this.
Yes! PhD students and researchers from academic institutions have access to a 30% discount on the In-Person ticket. Send proof of institutional affiliation to academia@atlanticquantumhub.com to receive the discount code.
Yes, up to 7 days before the event. Simply send an email with the name, email and details of the new person to registos@atlanticquantumhub.com. There is no transfer fee up to 30 days before; after that an administrative fee of €25 applies.
No. AQH has sessions for all levels, from introductory workshops for those just starting out, to advanced technical keynotes for senior researchers and engineers. Around 40% of attendees are business leaders and decision-makers without a deep technical background in quantum.
Most sessions are in English (the official language of the event) to ensure international accessibility. The opening and closing sessions and some regional panels are bilingual (PT/EN). There will be no simultaneous translation, but slides and materials will be available in Portuguese.
Yes. All Main Stage keynotes and panels will be recorded on video. In-Person and Online attendees have access for 90 days after the event. Hands-on workshops are not recorded for attendee privacy reasons. Slides will be available to all registered attendees.
Yes. The AQH 2027 app (iOS and Android) will launch 4 weeks before the event. It includes: personalised agenda, profiles of all attendees, a matchmaking and meeting scheduling system, venue map and real-time notifications. The download link will be sent by email after registration.
For In-Person and VIP tickets: all coffees, lunches on both days and the Day 1 networking cocktail are included. The VIP dinner (Day 1) is included with the VIP ticket only. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available — please indicate your preference when registering.
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue (dedicated network for AQH2027 attendees). Access credentials will be included in the welcome pack. For users with special connectivity needs (presenters, technical demos), a dedicated wired network is also available upon advance request.
Yes! Speaker applications are open until 15 January 2027. Submit your proposal (title, abstract, bio and optional slide deck) to speakers@atlanticquantumhub.com. We prioritise original research, technical demos and production use cases.
